All of a sudden I have been getting zits on my scalp and hairline. They are small, but very painful.

Basis Face wash
Clindamycin gel to all effected areas
Aquaphor on extra dry patches(aka my best friend)
Minocycline 100mg (oral form, 1 pill)
Before bed:
