Different types of acne in different areas?
I have acne on my back and shoulders. the thing is that my lower back responds well to topical creams like benzoil peroxide and my upper back gets irritated, dryed out, and worse. My upper back gets black heads while my lower back gets white heads. Any suggestions on a remedy? maybe moisterizer on upper back?
Hi I’d suggest getting a good face wash that is unscented with an LIGHT exfoliation. & use it on a regular basis. Black heads are just where your pores got blocked by oil–so you need to use a regular exfloiator to gently unblock them. It may take a few weeks.
Altenratively, take a black head facial but you can get it for different parts of your body–they do it all at once & it kind of hurts & then the spa worker will suggest a maintenance program.
Another idea is to go get a loofah back brush & gently scrub your back with it with that gentle cleanser.
yeah, i do. i think my grandma or grandpa had the same thing. first, put conditioner or lotion on your back(upper). i know it sounds weird, but it will work. then massage ur back. it won’t make it dry out and it will not be so itchy. it might help to clear some of it away. good luck.

Forget all this home remedy stuff…go with what’s proven to work. I personally know people who have tried everything and nothing worked until they used some product they found online…I’ll check now.
Ok, I’m back…I’ve never had acne but 3 of my friends all used this same product because one of them tried it and it worked.
Anyway, take a look at the website…it looks like a real winner for your problem.

Acne can affect either teenagers or adults; people may suffer from acne for a long time. It is difficult to identify the exact age group, race, or sex of people who are affected by acne most of all. A big difference can be made by simply washing your face well.
