Are there any home remedies for back acne?

It’s summer time again, and the acne on my back is acting up. It was clearing up for awhile there, now it’s back with a vengeance. So I was wondering if anyone knows any home remedies to help reduce the problem. Any help would be great! Thank you!

    Get one of those brushes on a stick at the drug store.
    Any acne face wash – and use it in the shower.
    Honestly small doses of the sun help a lot but not enough that you burn your skin. Just enough to add some natural vitamins and help clear it up (10 minutes every so often).

    Apple cider vinegar…STINKS…but works fast and well. Have someone kind enough to deal with the smell rub it on with a cotton pad for you…or cotton ball…whatever you like better.
