How to Reduce Acne on Face and Back?

Can anyone help me out on trying to find natural remedies on clearing acne from your face and back.I dont have that much acne on my face but my back theres a bit, and i’ve been looking for ways to clear it up.

on the face, you should always cleanse twice, tone then moisturizer everyday and exfoliate 3 times a week. for your back, you can get body butters and body exfoliates, use the exfoliate 3 times a week and body butter every day to help cleanse and clear away dead skin cells and remove excess oil – i used to have the same problem until i took beauty therapy and learned how to care for my skin. if you are unsure what exfoliates and cleansers to use – ask someone in boots because they are good with giving advice with different skin types.

  6. You have got to scrub your back in the shower, and make sure that when you sweat alot to shower and change your clothes…….. sweat will clog your pores, and dirty clothes willonly make it worse

so just a shower and some back scrubbing, then some clean clothes

  10. Ugh I hate natural remedies you can never be sure what you will get. Everyone’s skin is different and people who have acne usually have very delicate skin that requires both patience and care. Just wash daily gently, don’t scrub. Avoid stress, oil, make up, remedies and harsh medications. Be patient. Im not a 16 year old genius but Acne is a way of your body and skin growing healthy. Over 80% of people get it don’t worry you are not alone. When I had it I remember putting things like honey and toothpaste on its crazy what you’ll find for your skin rummaging through the internet and the creative imaginations of we Americans.

Anyway good luck with the condition, tough it out. Believe me you’ll laugh about it when you get older and worry about wrinkles and what not.
    Hope I could help

It will give you a better understanding about what acne is, and how to treat it.
I would use a salicylic acid scrub in the morning and night, followed by benzoyl peroxide cream.
