i love trying natural skincare treatments, especially stuff i can find in my kitchen. honey is amazing! i meant to add that i also make my own exfoliating scrub. so if you are actually reading the description, you’re in luck! here’s the recipe:

2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. ground oats (i pulse for a few seconds in a blender)
1-2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. olive oil

How do I get rid of pimples caused by stress?

I am 15 years old and I have never had an acne problems. Maybe one pimple every 3 months,but it goes away within a few days. Latley I have been extremely stressed out with school work and sports, and especially my break up with my boyfriend of 15 months. All of a sudden, almost three weeks ago, about 10 pimples( not red like acne) popped up on my forehead. A week ago I woke up and my jaw locked for 2 minutes and htne the following night i woke up and my muscles were so tense I could barley move. This stress is not good. But anyway, I know the pimples are not from oil or anything, because it was never an issue and I have tried all acne medicine. It is deffinitly from stress. Does anyone know how I can get rid of these pimples?

Unfortunatley pimples caused by stress there is no cure for. I break out from stress all the time and they are painful and suck ass. Don’t listen to people tell you about toothpaste and eye drops cause it wont work. You will keep getting zits when you are stressed out. For now use Biore Ice Wash, Biore heated mask and try Noxema Pads (like stridex but better). Do not pop your pimples they will scar. Take a hot wet rag and hold it down on your pimple till all the pussy crap surfaces and when it breaks (on it’s own) put some peroxide in it. I promise this will work. And BTW you are WAY to young to be that stressed out, a locking up jaw is a very bad sign, ask your parents to take you to your doctor and tell him about the stress and jaw thing. He can prescribe you zanex and it will help you with the stress and your skin. Good luck to you – feel better.

Hot Epsom salts bath
A hot Epsom salts bath twice a week is beneficial in all cases of acne. This bath is prepared by adding 1 ½ kg of Epsom salts to 60 litres of water having a temperature of about 37.8° C. The patient should remain in the bath tub for 25-35 minutes till he sweats freely. After the bath, the patient should cool off gradually.

What can I use to get rid of them they hurt. I used proactive and it took care of the little ones but the big ones keep comen back.

i have a solution.
put toothpaste on them after you take a shower. this will dry them out. do this untill they shrink. then wash ur face regularly and they will go away.
i m happy to help

oh and NEVER pick at them it will only make it worse

i had that cystic pimple for about 4 days and i popped it and now theres like this big knot (looks like i got punched) and the only thing came out waz blood but no pus, how can i get the pus out or something to mak it less noticeable?

Technically cystic acne is normally all over your face with blood pus and severe inflammation. It is also a chronic condition requiring medication. What you have is just a big pimple and there’s not really a good fix for a big pimple like that. I would suggest that you stop squeezing it as this will only cause it to remain inflamed which will cause more pain and swelling. You could alternate cold for the swelling and heat to encourage healing if you’d like. Otherwise you play the waiting game.

What can I do without ruining my skin or making scars?

Seriously, Vics Vapo Rub, put it on the pimple, since it is cystic it may open and (yuck) ooze a little. It will start to clear up in two days. I have been through this. My sons were on his cheeks and his forehead. One was right at an 3/4 in in diameter. They started to clear in 2 days and GONE in week.

& now there’s a freaking hole.
yeah it was stupid of me to pop,
but it already popped once,
everything didn’t come out though.
it was HUGEEEE.

so i thought i would try to squeeze the rest out.
yellow stuff, water, & blood came out.

there’s still a bump on my face.
but the other one was gigantic.

now there’s a little hole on my face bleeding.
i put a band aid on it (it would be dripping down my face if i didn’t)

& now it stopped bleeding that much so i have ice on it . .

what do i do to get ride of the hole & the bump !?
i did go to a determelogist.
she didn’t do anything about it.

except give me pills . .

Now if you don’t keep the area real clean it will just start all over. So, my suggestion is that you go to a chemist and buy some Betadine ointment. Wash it well first and dab a little Betadine and cover it. The betadine will not only act as a disinfectant, it will help dry up the wound and the other thing that Betadine does is that it helps draw out any impurities, which means that any other bits of pus and baddies will surface out. The hole will eventually close it’s self up, but it may scar a little.. retin A or Rosehip oil may help with the scarring, but i wouldn’t worry about that just yet, wait till the would heals a little first. And don’t forget to drink heaps of water to avoid this kind of thing happening again.

I don’t know about in the philippines but when I was having skin troubles my doctor put me on Yasmin or as its now called "yaz" and it worked wonders for me! Good luck!

Don’t poke at it! Leave it alone! Dab some makeup on it to cover it and then put some acne facial wash on it morning and night.

I know you want to pop it…it just makes things worse. Trust me, for my whole life I’d been popping the buggers and then living with scabs and scars for weeks. I finally tried resisting the urge and now my zits clear up in a couple days!

What happens to pus in a pimple if you don’t pop it?

If you have a cystic type pimple (filled with blood and pus) and you don’t pop it, it starts to get smaller and dissapears. Where does the blood and pus go? I think it sounds gross and that it would be better to pop it so it gets out of your system but everyone says to not pop it. Does it dissipate into your body or bloodstream? Ew!

Well since the blood and pus are your bodies way of fighting off an infection (the pus is your white blood cells fighting the bacterial infection) it is best not to pop them. And yes this stuff does dissipate into your baby but so does any other infection that you may have the berms are hopefully attacked by the WBC and killed then flushed out of your body, like any other waste product.This way your body can continue to fight the infection and also by not popping it you don’t get a scar. Take it from someone who has suffered with acne for the last 10 years don’t pop or else you really will have these nasty red marks all over your face and you might as well change your nickname to crater-face because by popping those cystic pimples IT WILL LEAVE A SCAR. If the pimple is really painful and inflamed you can actually go to your derm and they may drain it with a needle (gross sounding but DON’T try to do it yourself at home) or they can give you prescription antibiotics that will lessen the healing time.
Think about it if you have a cut on your arm and you are constantly picking at the scab
A) its going to take forever to heal
B) you are probably going to get a infection and
C) a scar is likely to follow.
So why would you treat a pimple any differently,
(also pimples are easier to cover when they are not broken open.)
