1) Cook oatmeal and apply on face for fifteen minutes and wash.
2) Make a warm bath with blanch of nettle and rosemary.
3) Apply equal amount of lemon juice and rose water with a cotton ball and wash it after haif an hour for 15 to 20 days.

I know your plight mate. I shared the same thing some years ago.

I went to the doctor and got some pills, back then it was called "Mycetlin V" I think that is how it is spelt.
Not sure if the V is as Vee or the roman numeral 5.
I was on this course for about 3 months, and now I may have one or two over 6 months but they are no bigger than 1/2 thickness of a cigarette, and they burst easily with help, and they do not return for months.

I am in Australia so this is the name of it here.

My fiance' is a few years older than you. She had clear and beautiful golden brown skin until age 21. That's around the time when she began to develop adult acne. I have the same exact problem as you. And I'm 23! I started using Clean and Clear pore cleansing scrub and the deep cleansing astringent with acne medication about 3 months ago. I use both of the products every 2 days. They cost under 6 dollars a piece and work really well. I noticed results within 3 weeks. I stopped wearing make up because that can clog your pores and cause even more pimples. I drink water and juice only, no soda. I take vitamin E and cod liver oil every single day. And I try not to stress a lot. Stress can cause all kinds of skin problems such as acne, pimples and wrinkles. Before I go to bed each night, I meditate. And I write in my journal. Find a natural remedy. Acne is all about diet, don’t believe all that bullshit they say on TV, I’ve tried it all it doesn’t work unless you keep a good diet. A good solution is tons of water. I had horrible acne and blemishes, and mine cleared up in a little over 3 days. Check our the source in my link, it is a great way to lose acne.
