Are there any all natural acne treatment products that really work?

I have moderately severe acne. Benzoyl Peroxide burns and dries out my face. Salicylic acid breaks me out in cystic acne. I need something non-irritating that gets the job done. Help!

I tried Proactiv, Oxycerin, and even the Asso Gold Cleaning Bar with dismal results. I wound up visitng a dermatologist. After 4 months nearly all of my acne cleared up.     Finding the right treatment is not easy.I know it very well I had to spend over $ 500 to find my right acne treatment.It was Murad Post acne lightening gel.I am going try their acne kit also.Do not buy crappy acne books.Some people are advertising their e books to earn high affiliate money.
