Is there any way to control hormonal acne with out taking birth control?

I am so sick of breaking out and would like to take something natural but so far nothing has worked any suggestions?

i know that there is some kind of pill you can get from a health food store that will help that. otherwise i suggest trying to avoid cheese, and other oily products. wash your face every night before bed, and use a antibacterial hand soap to wash your face once throughout the day. Good Luck!
