Cystic pimple won’t go away–even after a cortisone shot. Help.?

2 months ago, I had a horrible cystic pimple on my cheek. I went to the dermatologist and they gave me 3 cortisone shots in it and a ton of puss came out. Now, there is a raised hard lump and it is very annoying and won’t go away. What is it and what should I do?

Leave it alone and go back to the Dermatologist to get the lump examined ASAP.
