Help! Huge underground/ cystic pimple on face day from prom?

I have this large underground/ cystic pimple on my face and I need get it healed before prom tomorrow. What can I do? Acne cream doesn’t work and don’t just say to cover it up.

OK, I won’t say "just cover it up."

But you can’t heal it in one day, so you don’t have to cover it up if you don’t want to, but it’s still going to be there.
