HELP! I cant tell if this is a cystic pimple or not…?

Okay so a couple months ago a red lump grew in my nose, right on the right side of the spacer that separates nostrills. Eventually after a lot of attempts at popping and ect, it went away. Although it was still inflamed, just not red. No just yesterday it reformed on my nose and I dont know what to do. I tried icing it, and putting pimple cream, but it looks like its just getting redder. I have never in my life gotten these before and its only appeared in my nose. I hear something called "Boil Ease" might help, but I have to be certain. Seeing a derm is out of the question because he is all booked up.
Any reccomendation??????
EDIT:
Yea, I forgot to add that it is VERY painful when I tough it, and it is big and kind of hard.

A good way to tell if a pimple is cystic is it it is hard and very painful to the touch. They also don’t usually seem to respond well to regular drugstore pimple creams or gels, although you might want to try a gel with benzoyl peroxide in it just in case (such as Clearasil Ultra Vanishing Acne Treatment Cream. it might sting though!). They feel hard and they feel deeply embedded in your skin, not like a whitehead.

You could get your doctor to remove it, which is VERY painful, or you can maybe ask for an antibiotic cream, such as Leo Fusidin (fusidic acid).
