Theres something, like a scab&hardly noticeable where my part is & I have acne? on my scalp & dry scalp, help?

I have something, which is almost like a scab where my part is, but it’s so faint, I can hardly notice it myself.
I also have acne(would it still be called acne? but no white heads or blackheads(i think)) on my scalp.
My scalp is also dry, and sometimes a little flaky, please help me!!:)
